Pye Homes report that the land ownership issues which have delayed the realignment of the Whites Lane junction have been resolved and progress is back in the hands of Oxfordshire County Council while they review the scheme and draft legal agreements. It is hoped that the work will be able to start in July and the proposed cycleway and badger tunnel from Church Farm should be able to follow.
