1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE: To receive
   
2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST[1] ON MATTERS ON THE AGENDA: To receive

Members must declare any personal disclosable interest and the nature of that interest which they may have in any of the items under consideration at this meeting.
   
3. DISPENSATIONS: To consider any requests for dispensations.
   
4 LAWNS COMMUNITY ROOM:
  1.          Updates on the status of the planning application and land transfer
  2.          Updated quantity surveyor costings for non-Rotunda items
  3.          Agree whether the updated Rotunda quote should be recommended for acceptance by the Council.
  4.          Any updates on the remaining CIL projects
  5.          Consider any impact on the CIL budget and make recommendations to be considered by the Council and go forward to the Development Steering Group.
   
5. DATES OF FUTURE MEETINGS:

  • Thursday 9th November at 7.30pm (to include chairman election and acceptance of the minutes of the July meeting)

Any Member arriving after the start of the meeting is asked to declare pecuniary interests, as necessary, as soon as practicable after their arrival, even if the item in question has been considered. National rules about pecuniary interests are set out in Chapter 7 of the Localism Act 2011 and in secondary legislation made under the Act, in particular The Relevant Authorities (Disclosable Pecuniary Interests) Regulations 2012
