1. Gooseacre (David Pendery):
· Planning application, next steps and funding. |

2. North Radley Room (David Pendery, Phil Henderson):
– Planning application – Site handover and access to the site – Budget update – Committee questions on the potential contract with Rotunda – Public Art: VoWHDC holds £ 118,630 of S106 funds for the commission of public art on the site. |

4. Cemetery extension:
Environment Agency update: None The Diocese will consider the request to use the glebe land north of the vicarage at a meeting this month (note that a request made in 2012 to purchase the land was rejected by the Diocese). Meeting to be arranged with the PCC to consider the possibility of reusing graves in the oldest part of the churchyard. Consider: 1. Obtain budget estimates on the cost of reusing graves. 2. Irrespective of EA continuing delayed response, to proceed with tests on the suitability of the land adjacent to the upper churchyard. |

5. Car park:
Pye completed the white lining and tarmac over the summer. A minor change to the railings to achieve sight lines is outstanding. |
