– Current position, heating, next steps. – Updates following a team meeting on 13th March. |

| 2. North Radley Room (David Pendery, Phil Henderson):
– Current position – Draft land transfer document is with the solicitor for review – Rotunda- Draft Rotunda/RPC contract, building regulations and updated budget, meeting with Redrow on 14th March. – Public Art: S106 application submitted – Matthew Day is appointed – CIO launch meeting 21st March in the Church Room |

| 4. Cemetery extension:
– The Diocese is willing to release the Glebe land north of the church but has doubts about its viability as a cemetery. – Consultant reports and quotes to assess the suitability of the site are attached. – The PCC has been asked to conduct a review of unused plots which might be available for reuse. |
