The Quantity Surveyor’s cost estimate will not be available until May.  

    iii  Radley Lakes: Radley Lakes Trust plans to bring a request for grant funding to the May   Parish Council meeting. 
    iv  Welcome leaflet: Printing of updated leaflet £343.00 (budget £600) to be endorsed. 
  4.  CONSIDER: 

  1. Heads of Terms for the lease with Rotunda Trust – file document. Note VAT advice. 
  1. Allocate a sum for agreed priority works (heating, insulation and consequential items) at the Village Hall. 
  1. Recommendation of the Development Steering Group that provision of a Memorial Garden/Garden of Remembrance should be prioritised.  

To consider the budget provision 

  1. Proposal that funds should be re-allocated within the CIL budget to allow a sum for Community Development Projects.  
  1. Weighting/prioritising for CIL projects.

  1. Power cut Friday 28 February cut power to the Lower Radley pumping station Tankers were sent but not before sewage had backed up into gardens of homes in Lower Radley.

9.3  ASSET REGISTER:

9.4  FINANCIAL REGULATIONS: 

  • TO ADOPT amendments to the Financial Regulations (file document) 

The Model Financial Regulations have been updated, because of The Procurement Act 2023 and The Procurement Regulation 2024, which came into force recently. 

9.5  INTERNAL AUDIT: Booked for 8th May 

  • REQUEST to move the planned F&A meeting from 8th May to 15th May (room booking confirmed) 
9.6  COMMUNICATIONS 

  • APPROVE an updated communications policy and code of conduct. 
  • NOTE that radleyparish.org email addresses will be deleted in May. Councillors are asked to ensure that all content which needs to be saved is forwarded to your radleyparish.gov.uk email address or save the account to BlueMail by 22 April.
